Breath holds a key to secrets. Secrets live just beyond the known. As we evolve, the unknown becomes the creative edge, the medicine and solutions that we need now. Breath is an intelligence as valuable as our executive cognitive function. As I think about all of the amazing discoveries and mysteries that have come to light in the last century, they seemed to emerge from the unknown. But they were always there, alive in the realm of the unknown to humans. This is the time of unprecedented technological advancement. The unkown is revealing it’s quantum realities through the rational mind’s logical algorithmic calculating capacity. Simutaneously, each degree in the circle of breath is an opening to rich fields of possibilities waiting to be tapped by human beings. Unnamed intelligences are sometimes categorized in the rational mind as qualitative or irrational. They cannot be known by calculation but they can be breathed. For example: the fluid intelligence in all of life has properties that can be qualified and quantified. As water flows, outcomes can be measured and predicted. But the fluid itself is the outer visible representation of an intelligence that contains, transports, solves, expands, contracts, flows and more. It has properites that science is still learning about. That is just one example. Breath has secrets we haven’t tapped into yet. Gravity is an intelligence, not just a force field. There are many. And since we are of the earth, we are little chunks of locomoting nature. Non-artificial super organic intelligence is within each of us. If activated, possibilities arise to harmonize our human capacities with nature’s wisdom and economy. New patterns of thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and unknown remedies are waiting to come alive.

Circle of Breath is a gentle redirection to our heart’s power of choice, perception, our cellular GPS, into the illuminating silence supporting life.
